Why DIF

Owner and operators of GirlsDoPorn.com/GirlsDoToys.com coerced hundreds of women into producing sexual content through fraud, then distributed it online; pled guilty to sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion.
S.D. Indiana
84 years in federal prison + lifetime supervised release.
Posed online as a teenage boy to coerce, exploit, and threaten at least 84 identified teenage victims across the U.S. and abroad into producing sexually explicit images and videos over several years.
S.D. Texas
30 years in federal prison (sentenced May 4, 2026).
Used hacked and fake online accounts to extort more than 50 victims, including girls as young as 12, into producing explicit material, then monetized it through subscription pages paid in cryptocurrency.
D. Massachusetts
76 months (~6.3 years) in federal prison.
Posed as Snapchat tech support to phish access codes from thousands of women, breaching hundreds of accounts to steal and trade intimate images; separately found to possess CSAM.
W.D. Washington
10 years in federal prison + 15 years supervised release.
Posed as Snapchat support to hack accounts and steal intimate images; separately enticed a mother to record abuse of her own child. Over 600 CSAM images found across eight devices.
W.D. Michigan
Samuel Ogoshi: 210 months (17.5 yrs). Samson Ogoshi: 210 months. Both + 5 yrs supervised release.
Nigeria-based sextortion scheme that targeted over 100 victims, including Marquette, Michigan high school student Jordan DeMay, who died by suicide within hours of being targeted — a case his parents have since made central to national sextortion-prevention advocacy.
E.D. Pennsylvania
Imoleayo Samuel Aina: 72 months + 5 yrs supervised release + $3,250 restitution. Co-defendant Samuel Abiodun: 5 years.
A sextortion scheme run from Nigeria targeted a Pennsylvania college student who died by suicide after being threatened with exposure; defendants were extradited and prosecuted for cyberstalking, interstate threats, and money laundering of extortion proceeds.

Alleged leaders of a subgroup within the '764' online network accused of directing production and distribution of CSAM and coercing minors, including into acts of self-harm, through encrypted messaging platforms.

30 years (EDNY racketeering/sex trafficking sentence); separately convicted in N.D. Illinois on child pornography production charges. Appeals exhausted (2nd Cir. Feb 2025; SCOTUS declined Oct 2024).
Convicted on racketeering charges predicated on sexual exploitation of children, forced labor, and Mann Act violations coercing women and girls across state lines; separately convicted of child pornography production in Illinois.

50 months (4 yrs 2 months) + $500,000 fine + 5 years supervised release. Convicted on 2 counts of transportation to engage in prostitution; acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. Appeal argued April 2026 — 2nd Circuit panel reported skeptical of reducing the sentence.
Convicted on transportation-for-prostitution charges after a jury acquitted him of the more serious racketeering and sex trafficking counts; case is notable for the gap between allegations charged and counts a jury actually sustained.
S.D. New York
Convicted on all 10 counts, March 9, 2026. Sentencing rescheduled from Aug. 6 to Oct. 6, 2026. Face a mandatory minimum of 15 years, up to life.
Luxury real estate brokers convicted after an 11-woman trial of a years-long scheme alleging they drugged and sexually assaulted women lured through all-expenses-paid trips; prosecutors referenced 60+ alleged victims in total.

Sent harassing messages containing real and AI-generated nude images to at least six women, created an AI-generated pornographic video depicting a victim with her father, and created AI-generated CSAM of neighborhood minors — the first conviction under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act.

Posed as a teenage boy to lure and coerce more than 145 children, some as young as six, into producing sexual content over several years, threatening to expose images to victims' friends and family if they resisted.
